Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities at AFC Storage, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or park at our facilities.

Payment Terms: All fees for parking must be paid in advance. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards, online transfers and cash. Please be advised if you choose to pay cash, your parking spot might be booked by someone else. 

Time Limits: The maximum time limit for parking is clearly indicated in the parking area. Overstaying the time limit may result in additional fees.

Security:  AFC Storage is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

Handicap Accessible Parking: Handicap accessible parking spaces are available for our patrons with disabilities.

Commercial Vehicles: Commercial vehicles are allowed in the parking lot, but there may be restrictions on the size and type of commercial vehicle, and additional fees may apply.

Lost Tickets: If you lose your parking ticket, you may be required to pay an administrative fee or provide personal identification.

Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the parking attendant immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Cancellations: Please book with confidence and ensure your dates are correct before confirming your reservation, as cash refunds are not available for customer cancellations. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled entry date and time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be provided as a credit toward future bookings. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled entry date and time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full booking amount, and no credit or refund will be provided.

Bookings made using a special, promotional or substantially discounted rate are offered on a non-refundable and non-creditable basis. By selecting a discounted rate and completing the booking, the customer acknowledges that the booking cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred to credit, or exchanged due to a change of mind or change in travel plans. This condition does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to the customer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: AFC Storage reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: AFC Storage is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Pick up & Drop off Schedules: AFC Storage schedules your pick-up and drop-off based on your booking time. If you need to change the scheduled time, please ensure you arrange the change in advance. 

Fraudulent Disputes & Chargebacks: By completing a booking and making payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission. In the event of a dispute or chargeback for a legitimate booking (including no-shows), AFC Storage reserves the right to provide evidence to your bank or payment provider, including booking confirmations, payment records, and communication logs. Customers found lodging fraudulent chargebacks may be liable for the booking amount, plus any associated bank or administrative fees.

No-Shows:  Failure to arrive for your booked parking without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be retained by AFC Storage.

Service Reservation Commitment: When you make a booking, we reserve a parking space and shuttle allocation for the period booked. This service is considered provided from the time your booking is confirmed, regardless of whether you use the space.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under the Competition & Consumer Act 2010.

By using the parking facilities at AFC STORAGE, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
